The Christy Schippers Foundation is a registered charity organization founded by Christy Schippers. The vision of the Foundation was pitched in 2007 while the Founder was in the Netherlands. The Foundation began her charity missions in 2007. However, the Foundation was certified by the Government of Ghana in 2022.
On April 15, 2023 the Foundation organized its second charity programme for the year 2023 in Akuapem North District in the Eastern Region of Ghana. However, some old widows in the database of the Christy Schippers Foundation could not turn up for the programme due to body weakness.
The National Coordinator and the Executive Secretary represented the Christy Schippers Foundation in the individual homes of some of the old and weak widows to fellowship with them and donate some assorted food items in a Confidence Package to them.
The unexpected home visit was surprising to the old women and they expressed deep appreciation to God, and the whole team and partners of the Christy Schippers Foundation.
Some of the widows shared their individual challenges and a few issues which are eating up their peace and dignity; they further prayed for the foundation and/or philanthropists to be directed by God to continually come to their aid.
